• Technical Training
  • Boot Camp will be provided to all new Mentees.
  • Training classes will be assigned to each person in the program with completion dates assigned through the year (Continuous Learning).
  • In house instructor based training will be held monthly on specific topics. This training will be tailed to the projects being worked by the mentees.
  • Every Friday the Mentor and Mentee will meet to go over any issues encountered at the client site.
